The Kirstie Alley Weight Loss Miracle - How She Did It

Kirstie Alley is well known for her appearance on Oprah and losing a whole incredible 75 lbs.

So how did she do it?

Well first of all she practiced meal portions with around six meals per day. Now, we are not talking 6 meals the size of your average American lunch here. No, she would instead eat a small breakfast, fruit for a mid morning snack, a moderate lunch high in vegetables, another snack in the afternoon - again perhaps fruit or something else quite light, a high protein dinner in the evening followed by a sweet snack later on. Yes, I said sweet! This is not a starvation diet!

On top of that, the Kirstie Alley Weight Loss plan also had her doing 40 minutes exercise per day. Of course, this is not essential but if you want to accelerate your efforts and lose weight as quickly as Kirstie then it is a good idea. Kirstie did dancing which is a lot more fun that mundane running on a treadmill. I also suggest you find something fun to do.
